The well was however suspended due to a\r\nblow out on 34/10-10. Well 31/2-4 was re-entered with the same rig in October\r\n1980 and drilled to TD at 5035 m. After Logging at TD the rig went on hire to\r\nShell UK Exploration and Production. The well was suspended in April 1981 for\r\npossible testing and abandonment at a later stage. The decision was made not to\r\ntest the well so the purpose of this second re-entry (31/2-4 R2) was plugging\r\nand permanent abandonment\u003c/p\u003e\r\n\r\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eOperations and results\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\r\n\r\n\u003cp\u003eWildcat well 31/2-4 was re-entered for\r\nthe second time (31/2-4 R2) with the semi-submersible installation Borgny\r\nDolphin on 4 November 1982. \u003c/p\u003e\r\n\r\n\u003cp\u003eThe well was plugged and permanently abandoned\r\non 12 November 1982 as a gas and oil appraisal well.\u003c/p\u003e\r\n\r\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eTesting\u003c/b\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\r\n\r\n\u003cp\u003eNo drill stem test was performed in the\r\nwell.\u003c/p\u003e\r\n\r\n",
