No significant problem was\r\nencountered in the operations. The well was drilled with spud mud down to 969\r\nm, with gypsum/lignosulphonate/CMC from 969 m to 2861 m, and\r\ngel/lignosulphonate/CMC from 2861 m to TD.\u003c/span\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\r\n\r\n\u003cp class=MsoBodyText\u003e\u003cspan lang=EN-GB\u003eThe well was dry. Oil shows were described\r\non sandstone cuttings from 3035 - 3037 m in the uppermost Etive Formation and\r\nfrom 3185 m to TD. Sandstone side wall cores from the same interval had no\r\nshows, and geochemical extracts proved only immature hydrocarbons from in-situ\r\nshales.\u003c/span\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\r\n\r\n\u003cp class=MsoBodyText\u003e\u003cspan lang=EN-GB\u003eOne core was cut in the Ness Formation\r\nfrom 2979 m to 2992.5 m.
